My Journey – From Breakdown to Radiance

All my life I felt heavy and was in an inner fight, survival mode since my birth.
 

After several very challenging years that eventually led to an emotional and physical collapse, I made a conscious decision in January 2023: to take full responsibility for myself and my life.
 

That was the beginning of my self-healing journey.

I carried a heaviness inside me from early on:

• Generational trauma

• Pregnancy trauma

• Childhood trauma

• Teenie trauma with eating disorder anorexia

• My life before awakening was filled with struggles

From early on, I felt like I wasn’t enough, not right, I felt shame for my being — like I didn’t quite fit in. I often felt misunderstood, like an outsider, and believed I had to fight through life alone.
 

Daily, I carried many emotional wounds, physical symptoms, and unprocessed pain — but I ignored them until my system could no longer cope.

The Challenges I Faced

I had stored many unprocessed experiences in my body and energy field, including:

• Birthtrauma

• Childhood trauma

• Carry Ancestral trauma

• Carrying trauma from my parents

• High sensitivity in an emotional unavailable environment

• No inner safety and love

• People Pleasing, responsibility for other emotions

• Toxic friendships and environment

• Eating disorders in youth (anorexia, bulimia, emotional eating, weight struggles)

• Rejection of my femininity and body

• The near-death of my mother

• Bullying in school and at work

• Overwork, depression, burnout

• And finally, a spiritual awakening — my liberation

Through my spiritual awakening, I had a profound realization: one day I simply could not move, and it hit me — I wasn’t living my life. I wasn’t the person I truly am.
There is more to life than what we see.

That moment sparked a deep commitment: I would embark on my own self-healing journey instead of masking symptoms with pills.
I knew I had to change my life.

Letting Go & Transformation

I released everything that was making me sick — internally and externally.
People, jobs, living situations, patterns, thoughts, beliefs, wounds, masks…

My deepest breakthroughs came through Energetic Trauma Healing® and years of energy coaching.
I learned to heal subtle, unconscious wounds in my ancestral and family systems, and in doing so, I reconnected with myself — with my life force and joy that had long been hidden under protective mechanisms, struggle, and self-judgment.

Through my inner healing, I now live my dream life in Bali, Mallorca, and Ibiza, as I’ve always envisioned — life by the sea, free and abundant.

I live in freedom, purpose, abundance, and inner peace — after years of inner struggle and emotional numbness.
I embody my purpose in my work, and it brings me joy to support my clients.

I attract deeply supportive relationships, create a fulfilled life, and I am endlessly grateful.
I even look younger than I did five years ago.
